Amina Khan


Having been recommended to join the programme, Amina has smashed her progress.

Suneel Buggal


Suneel joined up and wanted to see abs … now a lot of people tell me they want to see abs but not everyone is willing to be as disciplined, dedicated and open-minded as Suneel.


He put his faith and trust in me and I am buzzing about his success.


Working together to incorporate Intermittent Fasting, a structured food plan of enjoyable meals and weekly cheat meals, the 10 weeks has been a massive success.


The training was not endless cardio but a combination of strength training, moderate levels of cardio and steps.


As a business owner and father of 2, Suneel has shown that you can achieve results with a demanding lifestyle.


This is now a solid foundation to go into a growth phase and I cannot wait to see how Suneel now develops in this phase as we look to build quality muscle tissue.

Alka Parmar


Alka came to Apex Online Coaching a few months after giving birth to her second child with the goals of toning up, and building lean muscle whilst getting rid of the ‘mum tum’ and stubborn body fat.


Determined to achieve her goals and on a 7-day exercise regime before joining Apex, we introduced a more sustainable approach with only 4 days of training and daily steps to enable a more 'family oriented lifestyle. We paired this with a customised vegetarian diet plan, all of which has her favourite foods incorporated.


To say we have achieved all this in just under 10 weeks is an understatement. This isn’t just about the transformation today or about dropping dress sizes. This is about the lifestyle, confidence, and more importantly happiness that has been gained whilst being a part of Apex.

Sachin Vaja


Cricket enthusiast and father of 2 young children, Sachin joined the Apex Online Coaching programme to lose body fat and lean up. Additionally, long term he wants to build muscle tissue whilst embedding habits to lead a healthy and sustainable lifestyle.


After 10 weeks of adhering to a tailored diet and home workout plan, managing all variables despite gyms closing he has gained more confidence and proven to himself he can overcome any obstacle in his way.


Before joining Apex, he was primarily following a cardio-based training plan which after discussion, we have flipped to being more strength-focused with cardio protocols in place.


This revised training plan has seen Sach hit PB after PB as well as being on a path to create a body composition that he has never had before!


He trusted the process and we are excited to see his progress continue.

Sonum Dattani


Sonum smashed her progress. She started with an open mind, embraced the plans provided and trusted the process.


During the process, she has lost weight on the scales, and body fat around the waist and trained in a way she hasn’t trained before - whilst still enjoying foods that she enjoys daily. She had to get clothes out of the loft (pre-wedding/pregnancy clothes).


Feelings of happiness, confidence and strength are all words she has feedback to me.


She has still enjoyed social events such as weddings, birthdays and nights out.


Finding a routine to fit in with working full time and being a new mum is part of the journey when starting something new but she didn’t have excuses but found ways to achieve her targets.


Everyone faces challenges and pressures, if you want to achieve your goals enough you will find a way and drop the excuses and execute the plan.
